SLA compliance

Are AI providers meeting their stated SLAs?

13-week scoreboard. Each cell is a 7-day window: green when uptime cleared the provider's stated SLA, red when it didn't. Snapshot row uses the last 30 days so providers compare apples-to-apples.

Method

Rolling quarter (13 weeks ≈ 91 days). Each cell is one 7-day slice of Statuspage-standard uptime — 1 − (critical + 0.3 × major) / window; minors and maintenance excluded. A cell turns red when the slice dips below the provider's stated SLA. The headline percentage on the right of each card is the share of weeks that cleared the target.

* No public SLA — using the industry-standard 99.9% as a comparison reference. Per-provider sources cited inline.
